Commercial Finance Director, APAC recruitment
Our client is a market leader in their industry and has a well known brand name known. They have been experiencing strong business growth in the region. They are now looking for a Commercial Finance Director to be a business partner to the commercial sales team.
This is a strategic business partnering role and you will be actively involved in business deals and developing strategies together with the deals desk.
You will be involved in pricing of deals and financial matters relating to new business cases. You will be involved in making recommendations on deal structuring, to ensure alignment to the organisations growth target, revenue and profit guidelines. You wll also be involved in scenario analysis on business cases and work with business partners to imprive deal structures. You will develop and present business cases to senior leadership team, highlighting financial risks and mitigations proposal. In addition, you will also be involved in reviewing processes to ensure financial control and compliance.
Ideally you are degree qualified CPA with at least 15 years' post graduation experience. You have a broad based finance experience, with relevant experience in supporting deal structuring. You demonstrate strong commercial acumen and influencing skills. You have good experience in working with cross functional teams. You are hands on and have an eye for detail, without losing sight of the big picture. Relevant experience in the IT, telco or services industry will be advantageous.
