Salary c£110,000, excellent bonus potential and benefits package
Location: South East England
Our client seeks an outstanding strategic and commercially focused Finance Director for their multi-site, high quality consumer division which has customer service at its heart. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly successful division with a turnover in excess of £100m and to play a key role in the strategic direction and continued growth of the business.
The individual will need to make an immediate impact and will:
- Be an outstanding finance individual with a career in a fast paced, multi-site, consumer focused business
- Have successfully led and managed a finance team to deliver added value by making a key difference through continuous improvement and driving positive change
- Have the gravitas and confidence to influence senior stakeholders at divisional and group level
- Hands on with excellent attention to detail and the ability to summarise business and financial detail quickly with a pro-active approach and analysis
- Strong and positive leadership and management skills
