Commercial Finance Director recruitment
Reporting directly to the founding partner, you will be responsible for enhancing the commercial potential of the business. Your primary focus will be maximising income streams through existing commercial activities whilst minimising costs by focusing on operational processes and procedures.
In this role you will oversee the company's financial reporting and control activities (accounting, tax planning, cash management, payroll, management information) and be responsible for commercial matters (contracts, suppliers and contractors, IT and telephony, insurance, building/facilities, timesheet analysis, capex, competitor monitoring) and a variety of company secretarial duties including HR and compliance and risk management.
As a commercial individual and a qualified accountant, you should have a proven track record of adding commercial value within the context of professional services organisations, strong business acumen together with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. The successful candidate will have a passion for profit.
