Commercial Finance Manager recruitment
Our client a multinational FMCG organisation is currently looking to hire the expertise of an Arabic Speaking, Commercial Finance Manager to join their operations in Turkey. Ideally this candidate will have worked in a large FMCG company previously.
You will be required to monitor financial performance of international operations on a continuous basis, giving feedback and finding ways to improve financial performance by following-up and guiding on rolling estimate analysis, business plan analysis, actual results analysis, credit monitor, cash cycle and working capital monitor.
- As the Commercial Finance Manager you will also conduct, control and approve all financial feasibility analysis for the international operations.
- You will negotiate and align with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Benchmarking and analyzing operational efficiencies of international operations and involving in improving efficiencies.
- Business model formation for new categories
- You will also support marketing, sales, research, supply chain and other commercial departments.
This position requires the successful candidate to have at least ten years finance experience with at least five years at a management level. Ideally you will hold a professional finance qualification such as an ACCA, CPA or similar. SAP knowledge is an asset along with production, sales and distribution finance experience. Only Arabic speaking candidate with international and cross cultural experience will be considered.
