Commercial Financial Control Manager recruitment
This is a high-profile appointment and the successful candidate will join a highly successful team which is frequently used as a talent pool for senior appointments across the group.
Suitable candidates will demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a track-record in challenging key stakeholders in identifying cost-savings and synergies across the group. Alternatively the group is also willing to consider first movers from a Big 4 firm, providing the individual has worked in a Corporate Finance capacity and can demonstrate strong potential. This is a varied role and split 60% around Business Engagements and 40% around Project based work. Typical project engagements may include financial due diligence of potential targets to complex modelling for Joint Ventures and Partnerships.
To be considered you must demonstrate:
- Strong commercial acumen
- 1st class academic background
- The ability to challenge the business and influence key-stakeholders around process improvement cost reduction initiatives
- MBA, ACA,CPA or CIMA Qualified
- Previous experience undertaking analytical projects with a track record of success
- Strong Interpersonal skills and able to multitask a number of competing projects
Candidates with Aviation experience are preferred but all sector backgrounds will be considered. This position also represents an excellent opportunity for a first mover from a Big 4 Corporate Finance team. Suitable individuals must be ambitious looking for a fast-track career in Industry.
