Commercial Fund Accountant / Real Estate
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified ACA to join the cream of the crop in Real Estate Investment Management. Throughout the years they have continued to outperform the market and this year is proving no different, with several high profile deals underway. This role has come about due to growth and will work very closely with the Associate Director for the UK business which is a multi billion pound portfolio. Aside from the day financial management for the fund this role is highly commercial and anchored towards working with the investment and deal team. You will actively contribute to strategy and work on acquisitions, giving you broad exposure across the business.
Given the nature of the role, we are looking for a recently qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) ideally qualified from the big 4 within their real estate funds division. This role is best suited to someone who is technically astute but is looking for a role where they can add value commercially and not just crunch numbers. The business likes to bring on sharp, on the ball candidates and therefore strong academics will put you in contention for an interview, however, you must be confident and articulate in person as this role works with senior profiles in the business on a daily basis.
