MUST HAVE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
- Overall Commercial Insurance Technical Assistant/Customer Service Job Duties:
- Answering customer inquiries
- Processing applications
- Insurance Policy Billing
- Processing Endorsements
- Issuing Certificates of Insurance
- Etc.
- Experience with General Insurance Risks such as:
- Contractors
- Manufacturing
- BOPs
- Restaurants
- Professional Liability
- Any other Property and Casualty Commercial Insurance coverages
While exposure to all above insurance risks is preferred, overall insurance experience within some or most of these areas is acceptable.

Requirements
- Commercial Insurance Customer Service and Technical Assistant Applicants:
- MUST HAVE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
- Should be licensed or willing to be licensed for insurance in the state of IL.
- Should have exposure to Insurance Software such as Applied Systems, AMS, TAM, Sagitta, etc.
- Should be able to explain coverages to Insureds
- Should have superior communication skills
