Insurance Account Handler - West Sussex - Salary to £25,000 + benefits
We are delighted to be recruiting for one of the leading insurance brokers in the UK. Due to increased volumes of business activity they are seeking to recruit an experienced Account handler to manage an existing book of Leisure sector business.
The purpose of the role is to provide an informed and efficient service to direct clients and sub-brokers to ensure the maintenance and development of client relationships. In addition to managing renewal negotiations, arranging adjustments and resolving queries for existing clients the role will also incorporate outbound calls to warm leads and new prospects. The successful applicant will also lead negotiations with insurers and seek to develop these insurer relations.
Candidates MUST have experience handling commercial insurance business, be well organised and be an effective communicator. A background dealing with sports and/or social clubs scheme insurances would be useful and candidates must be prepared to study for Cert CII if not already qualified.
