Commercial/ IT 1+
This highly regarded Londonlaw firm is now looking to hire a talented and driven Commercial/ IT solicitor.
You will join a commercial team that advises on all aspects of commercial law. As such, your work will cover contracts, IT services, online trading terms and conditions, consultancy agreements, IP, data protection, distribution and agency agreements, contractual joint ventures, partnership and LLP law. A highly diverse and interesting workload is therefore on offer.
The successful candidate will have strong academics, and will have demonstrable experience in a broad range of commercial law derived from a respected practice. Excellent interpersonal skills and a direct and proactive approach will also be essential. This role offers market rate remuneration.
