As a Commercial Management Trainee you start in a function in sales or in commodity trading.
As a sales employee you provide added value and solutions for our clients. For example you sell flour to animal feed mixers or sunflower oil to fast moving consumer goods producers.
As a commodity trader you buy and sell raw food-materials worldwide. You make a daily analysis of the various market and price developments, you assess the risk elements and you take action accordingly.
You will receive a broad hands-on experience that will provide the foundation for a potential management position.
In the European Graduate Program, you could expect some or all of the following experiences within the first two years with Cargill:
- Initial assignment to a job
- On-going formal soft skill development and on the job training
- Mentoring provided by a Cargill manager
- A short-term assignment in another country

Requirements:
- University degree in economics, agricultural science or business administration
- Max 2 years of working experience
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate to other countries
- Fluency in Dutch required!! Fluency in English. Knowledge of another European language will be a plus.
