Commercial Manager Job in Aberdeen, Scotland UK
As Commercial Manager within their Aberdeen based operation you will report directly into companies team of Directors taking responsibility for UK assets ensuring that the company's business goals and objectives are achieved and that they are kept appraised of any significant issues. Your role will require you to in conjuction with the Asset Managers, developing long term plan for their assets ensuring there are adequate resources to meet work demands. Whilst the primary focus of this role will be towards existing assets you will also be expected to provide support to team focussed on Business Development and growth strategy on an 'as required' basis.
Ideally you have an in depth knowledge of the UK sector including commercial, regulatory and licence requirements as well as oil and gas operations. You will be expected to demonstrate proven team leadership and communication skills, including priority setting, motivation and conflict resolution, stakeholder liaison and business planning, including the ability to assess complex scenarios and identify the key issues and influencing factors.
