Commercial Manager recruitment
They are currently looking to appoint an individual we previous business development/sales experience. Reporting to the Head of Sales in Hong Kong you will be invovled managing long-standing relationships with key accounts and will be also responsible for building new revenus within your sales territory
Ideally, you will have experience working in content sales, as well as analytical and creative skills to identify new business opportunities and to develop commercial solutions from which to generate additional revenue. The role also requires the individual to have a consultative sales background and a full understanding of the ways in which compelling and effective content can create new premium sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities will be to:
- Negotiate and secure new business from client portfolio
- Develop new commercial partnerships and work with internal teams to ensure maximum revenue income and high customer satisfaction
- Tailor bespoke solutions in response to customer requirements
- Ensure PA Sport attains customer awareness in the market via high “face-to-face” call rates, telephone call rates and targeted marketing
- Report internally key account developments and requirements and key market information geared to making important contribution to product development
- Maintain expert knowledge of the Sports, News, Betting Publishing markets
- Maintain strong working relationships with all related internal functions.
- Accurately report sales performance and business forecast pipeline
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally candidate will have between 1 - 3 years experience within sales enviroment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and client management in a complex business environment.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to work with a wide portfolio of customers and territories.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people of all levels
- Good team player.
- Some travel involved.
Written and spoken English, Cantonese is essential and Mandarin essential.
