Our client is a rapidly growing FX Brokerage, currently looking for a Operations Manager to join their rapidly growing business. The position provides a fantastic opportunity for Career progressing in an ever-expanding team within a very entrepreneurial company.
Responsibilities will include:
· Oversee finance and compliance areas
· Working with and optimising a bespoke CRM system and looking at the operational efficiency of IT systems.
· Management of a finance team of 6
· Relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders
The successful candidate will be very commercial aware as well having a sounds understanding of finance and management accounting. The will have a proven track record of delivering process improvements (six sigma is an advantage) and not be afraid to take a hands on approach in an entrepreneurial environment.
