Commercial Operations Specialist recruitment

Our Commercial Lender Responsibilities / Tasks Include:

Preparation of Commercial Loan Documentation for Branches and Small Business Banking, within the guidelines of credit policy limitations. Works closely with branch personnel, relationship managers and relationship assistants to provide new loan and loan modification documentation, as well as collateral and perfection documents, ensuring quality service, while meeting and exceeding productivity standards.
Research request packages for all support documentation needed to prepare new loan packages and loan modifications.
Preparation of new loan documentation with Laser Pro and WebDocs applications
Preparation of Modifications with MS WORD
Plans and organizes work to ensure completion on a timely basis and avoidance of all penalties associated with documentation errors and deadline requests.
Works with and assists other departments in an attempt to avoid any documentation exceptions to credit policy or risk.
Provides customer service to internal lenders, assistants, branch managers and underwriters, insuring provision of required support documentation and preparation of accurate loan documentation.
Completes some administrative duties, including but not limited to; filing, scanning, copying, and reporting.

Requirements:

1 year of Commercial Lending Experience
High School Diploma; Associate’s Degree Preferred
Thorough understanding of Commercial Loan documentation (ie: Promissory Note, Loan Agreements, Guarantees, Security Agreements, Mortgages, Amended and Restated documentation, UCCs, Collateral perfection documentation).
Familiarity with corporate entity documentation.
Experience with Laser Pro application a PLUS!
Ability to perform in a high pressure, high volume environment.
Analytical and advanced customer service skills.
