Position: VP - Structured Finance
Scope: Structured Finance/ Leveraged buy out/ business securitisation structures
My client is an International Bank and they look for a VP to lead a team of 10 people based in Brussels. The structured Finance team that is expert in delivering leveraged buyout, traditional project finance and whole business securitisation structures for the Infrastructure Finance Sector across Europe and theMiddle East.
Your position:
Portfolio Management and execution of new Infrastructure Finance transactions
- New business origination
- Run sensitivity analysis and scenarios on complex financial models
- Negotiate and check loan and transaction documentation
- Draft new business proposals, credit modifications and annual reviews
- Execute activities with regard to client and credit administration primarily through timely, complete and correct data input and data management in the relevant support systems in line with internal procedures and guidelines
- Supervise and develop more junior staff
Your profile:
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English
- Master in Business, Finance, Economics…
- A minimum of 5 years of strong experience analysing and assessing structured finance credit risks from the Bank's or financial adviser's perspective
- Current knowledge of the UK/continental European Infrastructure market and/or project / acquisition finance experience
- Demonstrably high degree of numerical, verbal and analytical competence
