We have a immediate need for a Project Accountant working in the Commercial Real-Estate field. The company is conveniently located in Tyson's Corner, offers a competitive salary benefits and opportunity for advancement. We are searching for someone with real-estate accounting background, and/or public accounting experience. A bachelor degree in accounting or similar is also required. The position is responsible for lease analysis, daily cash reports, preparing monthly financial reports, financial compliance on property and oversee property capital budgets.
