Our client, an NYC Owner of commercial residential buildings is looking for a 'Commercial Property Manager'.
The portfolio consists of: commercial residential walk up properties, B C buildings and walkup Taxpayer tenants in four boroughs (no Staten Island).
Candidates must have 5+ years experience and be familiar with tenant management, violations, heating, roofing, field issues and all operational problems. They must have budgeting experience, have strong interpersonal and management skills and be articulate, well dressed and confident. Candidates must have good computer skills (Excell) and have a car.
