Commercial Property Manager Job in Orlando 32836, Florida US
Seeking a seasoned property management professional to join our team to manage an office and retail portfolio in Florida. The position is housed in Orlando (Lake Buena Vista) with responsibility for properties in Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Ocala.
Responsible for:
- overall management
- tenant relations
- overseeing maintenance repairs
- construction management of capital and tenant improvements
- budgeting and planning
Only those with commercial (office and/or retail) property management experience will be considered. Excellent software skills and knowledge are required. Good working knowledge of building systems and construction administration are necessary.
