Commercial Real Estate Accountant recruitment
A high profile name in the Investment Management industry who specialize across private equity, infrastructure, renewable energy and property have recently made a major European acquisition, as such an enviable opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant to join their commercial real estate finance team. Core duties will include financial and management accounting but you will also partner with the asset managers to provide a pro-active financial input into the decision making process.
Given the nature of the role they are looking to hire a candidate from one of the Big 4 accountancy firms with financial services audit (investment management / asset management / private equity / real estate / property investment) being the preferred background (though all applications be considered). A strong academic record is vital (2:1 minimum) and the desire to develop a commercial skill set which can then be used to analyse potential assets to invest in.
