Commercial Real Estate Analyst
This position, which reports to the Vice President/Senior Asset Manager, offers significant growth and advancement opportunities. The individual hired for this position will have exposure to a wide variety of deals and products as well as exposure to development of real estate and oversight of equity partners.

Responsibilities of this position will include:
- cash flow modeling
- real estate and loan underwriting and due diligence
- lease abstracting
- market research
- loan document review
- site inspections
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or commercial real estate from top-tier school
- MBA is preferred but not required
- Must have 2-5 years experience in commercial real estate and loan documentation
- Experience reviewing and analyzing rent rolls, operating statements, budgets, appraisals and engineering reports
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team environment
- Demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Unquestionable integrity and ethics
- Success developing and sustaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proficiency in Argus is a plus
- MBA is preferred
