Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Loan Documentation Reviewer
• This contract position will review commercial loan documents post-closing, as per terms and conditions of the approval by the appropriate lending authority for all loans, including but not limited to, Commercial/Corporate loans, Commercial Real Estate loans and Construction loans.
• Review Commercial Real Estate Loan documentation such as: appraisals, titles, employment documents, credit review documents, applications, flood certifications, term sheets. Etc.
• Review the documentation to ensure compliance with Federal Lending Regulations and guidelines.
• Recognize non-compliance issues and effectively communicate these to the appropriate parties
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the documentation exceptions and/or Tickler system for tracking missing or incomplete documentation.
• Ability to generate effective MIS reports for Management regarding findings.
3-5 years of reviewing mortgage loan documentation experience (banking experience preferred)Must have a good understanding of: commercial loan documentation requirements, compliance requirements and bank lending policy; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to meet deadlines; analytical and research skills; attention to details.
Must also have good understanding of federal regulations, policies and procedures.
