Highly successful commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm seeks a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson / Broker to join our busy Irvine (Orange County) or West Los Angeles offices.  Privately-held firm has a demonstrated track record of supporting a wide range of clients from entrepreneurial start-ups to regional and national firms.  A motivated individual with a combination of business acumen and strong sales and leadership skills has the ability to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.  We provide an in-depth training program designed to develop strong brokerage skills and the ability to generate business.

 

This is a commission-based position.  For a motivated, coachable, and performance-oriented individual, a salary or draw on future commission is provided during the initial training period only.

 

Requirements

 

·         1+ years of experience in commercial real estate

·         Active Commercial Real Estate Salesperson’s license required

·         Must possess professional presence with potential to generate business and build strong client relationships

·         Excellent communication and influencing skills, including prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing

·         Familiarity with database research and Microsoft Office Suite

·         Motivated self-starter with capability to build his or her own business

·         Entrepreneurial individual with ability to thrive in a competitive environment

·         Prior sales experience a plus
