My client is looking for;
An ambitious, dynamic and experienced recruitment consultant to join their profitable and fast-growing business. This position benefits from an excellent commission package, fantastic working conditions, and a scheme where all staff share in our annual profits
About;
-They have been profitable since Year 1 and are totally independent
-Currently they have 15 staff recruiting across the Engineering, Industrial and Commercial / Finance sectors
-The growth and continued profitability of their business is driven by the quality of their internal staff. To reward their internal staff, they share a percentage of their profits out annually
The Job Role
-Generate new business opportunities from new and existing customers in the Commercial marketplace
-Build a personal desk which delivers over £100k in gross margin annually
-Assist in the recruiting and development of less senior staff in the Commercial team
-Work with the Directors to develop systems to make the recruitment process as efficient as possible
-Eventually take over the management and responsibility for the Commercial team
This Position Will Suit
-A candidate with recent and demonstrable success as a Recruitment Consultant in a technical or engineering discipline
-People who are sales motivated and want to be well rewarded for their efforts
-Applicants who are ambitious and have the potential to take on a management position in the medium term
-Previous success in another Recruitment sector may be considered for exceptional candidates
-Self motivated Recruiters who are confident in their ability to build a warm desk into a thriving division
The Benefits
-£22,000 - £28,000 per annum basic salary
-Realistic OTE of £32,000 - £40,000
-Annual profit share scheme (worth nearly £2,000 last year, projected to be over £3,000 this year)
