Responsible for small portfolio of non-borrowing customers and/or shares leadership role with relationship managers and/or customer support manager in managing a portfolio of commercial middle market accounts. Independently and/or collaboratively with relationship manager and/or other treasury management office sales staff to identify prospective opportunities to market or cross-sell non-credit products to new or existing customers, preparing presentation, materials and/or cross-sell packages, as needed; visits with customers for the purposes of relationship building and cross-sell. Independently handles moderately complex to complex customer issues and problems, reviews and approves wires and WEPOD up to designated limit; monitors overdrafts, confirms additional source of funds and partners with office management in decision making process; evaluates profitability and risk of designated portfolio; provides alternative pricing structure. Trains and/or mentors less experienced Relationship Associates. May serve as a subject matter expert for the office and/or division providing new hire and/or ongoing systems, processes, policies and procedures training. May perform and/or assist in performing financial statement analysis for non-complex relationships. May function as a team lead supervising other Relationship Assistants/Associates. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years wholesale banking relationship support experience. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to maintain client relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, and participate in moderately complex customer transactions. Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of commercial and/or specialty group servicing operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills; proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the various systems used to support our Commercial Banking clients including Hogan, AFS, Profit Max, COPS, Legal Wizard, Relationship Pricer and Planet Wholesale
