Commercial Relationship Manager recruitment
As a Relationship Manager you will develop and deliver proactive customer relationships for a dedicated portfolio of medium turnover business customers with a turnover ranging from £200,000 to £500,000.
The core responsibilities of the role include:
• Manage a designated portfolio of customer relationships in order to identify and satisfy customer needs in the most appropriate way meeting bank credit and profitability requirements
• Prepare and monitor business plans for the portfolio in order to meet customer profitability requirements and business objectives, in particular balancing income and risk
• Review customer proposals in order to meet their requirements and identify opportunities to develop further income, recommending and implementing the appropriate solutions
• Negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities and services after consulting with all relevant parties
• Monitor utilisation of facilities, dealing with excesses within the jobholder's discretion, reporting other excess situations as appropriate in order to manage away unacceptable risk
• Develop business leads and introductions, as appropriate, in order to maximise business growth for the Group.
• Manage any changes to bank policies, systems, processes and working practices in order to achieve operational improvement
This role requires candidates to demonstrate:
• Knowledge of Commercial Banking processes and procedures (desirable, but not essential)
