Description: Commercial Roofing Superintendent
Expanding full service commercial and industrial Roofing Contractor serving the entire South is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent that must have experience working with Single Ply, Modified Bitumen and Built- up Roofing Applications.
The Superintendent will monitor and document ongoing projects to ensure that they are completed on time and on budget. The Superintendent also aids foremen in the supervision, facilitation and participation in the installation, removal, repair, and maintenance of roofing surfaces, the installation roof covering including single ply systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-up Modified systems.
Superintendent Job Skills Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years superintendent experience in commercial roofing.
OSHA Certification and other commercial roofing-related certifications desired.
Must have excellent management and teambuilding skills.
Prior supervisory experience with crews required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and average computer office experience on all Microsoft Office programs.
We are also a Drug free Workplace.
Must have valid Driver License.
Must be willing to travel.
Bilingual English / Spanish skills are a plus!
