Our client a Canadian retailer and Alberta success story is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager. This is a newly created role that reports directly to the Director of Operations. As Commercial Sales Manager you will be responsible for a team of 6 existing Account Manager that have large books of ongoing existing business. The Commercial Sales Manager will be tasked early on with working with the Account Managers to increase revenues within their active clients as well as recruiting and developing a team of New Business Developers over the next 6 months throughout Alberta. In this leadership role you will be fully responsible for setting budgets, coaching each individual Sales Representative and Account Manager as well as aiding them to plan and strategize how to maximize revenues within their territory. Considerable planning and strategizing will be involved as you will be setting up new territories and a new aggressive business development model in order to expand their presence throughout the Alberta market.
