Commercial Vehicle Underwriter – Cambridgeshire
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 + generous benefits
An excellent opportunity for proven Commercial Vehicle Underwriters to join a Commercial Insurance team to help grow and expand the Commercial Vehicle account.
Our market leading client specialises in providing insurance for the SME market. They work closely with their clients and brokers in order to establish strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
The Commercial Vehicle Underwriter will be assisting Product Underwriters manage and develop their Van Accounts by providing underwriting and pricing support. They will assist in maintaining and developing new and existing products by having a great understanding and keeping up to date with the market. They will manage the underwriting process efficiently; helping to develop the team by assisting in training staff and producing work reports to identify how the team could work more efficiently.
Candidates must have Commercial Vehicle Underwriting experience, ideally Van. Good negotiation and problem solving skills are vital as well as the ability to carry out strategic reviews with minimum assistance.Please view www.idexrecruitment.com for further Insurance opportunities.
