Commerical Telephony Advisor

Our client, based in Teesside, is looking for Commercial Telephony Advisors who will be required to effectively handle customer enquiries through a variety of media channels with the objective of resolving complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction as soon as possible. Conduct customer service supporting activities in both front and back office functionality. You will support the development of ‘best in class’ service, dealing with customers and suppliers offering a full compliment of service and continually improving the customer journey. Participating in achieving overall goals and objectives within the Contact Centre, you will assist with the integration of new products and services into business as usual activities. Based on the phone, post holders will play an important role in providing great customer experience to all customers.

The ideal candidate will be expected to be flexible in regard to working hours and be able to work 5 in 7 days per week.
