HTN is proud to be recruiting a Commis Chef for Peppers Anchorage.  The commis chef will assist with the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen, while maintaining a consistent and high quality product.
 
Nestled between rugged bushes and built in the style of a cosy fishing village, Peppers Anchorage is a boutique resort offering luxury seaside accommodation in the beautiful New South Wales region of Nelson Bay, Port Stephens. 
 
Overlooking the marina and boardwalk, the award winning Port Stephens restaurant, Merretts, is renowned for its innovative menu rich in the region’s local produce.  Merretts restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner and also serves an all day dining and children’s menu.
 
The successful applicant must have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.  Must be reliable, hard-working and have good references from previous employers.  Having own transport is preferred.
