•Broker bonus calculations, reconciliation and analysis.

•Reporting and analysis of revenues and cost.

•Manage staff of 3 accountants.

Requirements:

- Five years experience in accounting and/or finance 

- Experience in managing a finance team within a Financial Services Company

- Broker Dealer or commission reporting experience mandatory

- Hyperion or Oracle experience mandatory
