The Team:

As part of the EMEA Cash Equities Middle Office, the Client Service Team provides the first point of contact for institutional clients in relation to the successful processing of trades. Allocation of stock to the relevant funds, provision of timely, accurate confirmations and the management of trades through to settlement are key responsibilities for the group.
Achieving these requirements whilst maintaining superior service to the clients and a strong relationship with partnering groups across the globe is the key to success.

The teamwork along side the Client Services team responsible for looking after various process flows within Commission Sharing Business specific to European clients.

Duties:

Onboard new clients into the CMS systems and ensure agreement details such as products, markets, rates and splits are uploaded accurately.
Maintain and ensure changes to existing client agreements in terms of products, markets, rate splits and marking are implemented within set timelines
Carry out monthly reconciliations with good understanding of client requirements and PL impact
Generate client statements/trade files, communicate any issues to clients and confirm monthly balances within client deadlines
Perform cash call-back where required, obtain documentation and upload these payment details onto the relevant systems
Review services listed on invoices to ensure they comply with Cobs 11.6 FSA rules and refer to Compliance for approval where required
Work close with Legal to ensure CSA Agreements and Participation Letters are signed and stored
Produce monthly MIS and work on opportunities to increase efficiency and STP

Required Candidate skills:

Previous experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally with some past exposure to Equity products
Good balance between analytical skills and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail
A self-motivated individual who is able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst also working effectively as part of a team
Excellent client services skills
