The successful applicants will join the control team to look at PL, Risk and Balance Sheet control Analysts supporting the Global Crude Commodities Products Desk with teams in multiple locations.
• Manage and Enhance the daily PL/ product control functions, business reporting and ledger substantiation
• Lead a team of controllers by clearly defining the direction and creating a very strong culture of accountability and pride in performance
• Working with Front Office to explain their PL
• Working with Accounting Policy to agree correct accounting treatment for trades and portfolio. US UK GAAP.
• Implement improvements to the system infrastructure control environment. Need to be able to view processes and projects with a global strategic focus
• Production and monitoring of Daily and Monthly KPI’s
• Deliver support for new products and initiatives
This is a challenging role with exposure to varied products and a Global business. It presents significant development opportunities and close managerial support, guidance and training will be given.
The ideal candidates will have worked in line commodities product control for a minimum of 3 years and have delivered a number of product specific projects.
