A high performing Bank are currently looking to add to their commodities desk in London. This is a VP level position therefore applicants should have previous experience conducting fundamental economic analysis of commodities markets with a primary focus on Metals Markets.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly successful and well known traders in the metal space and work on a range of commodity markets. In addition to working with clients you will also be responsible for providing internal desk analysis for Sales and Trading.
You will be responsible for and should have experience:-
Conducting fundamental economic analysis of Metals markets with a secondary focus on energy.
Providing trade ideas and strategy to traders and clients
Fundamental supply and demand analysis
Cost curve analysis/ physical flow analysis
This is an excellent opportunity as you will be helping to generate several lucrative trading recommendations for clients and for the Commodities Sales and Trading desks. Therefore those looking to move into sales or trading will be given a huge advantage in this role.
