Commodities Investor Products Trade Support Senior Manager recruitment
Key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager within the Trade Support team you will have a primary focus to the Commodities Investor Services Business expected to provide a “platinum” level of Client Service across all aspects of Trade Support for the business. You will manage and develop all Operational/ Trade Support functions from client service, deal validation, confirmation and management reporting and regularly liaise with other Senior Managers in Trade Support, the business other support areas.
You will build, supervise manage a team that supports the Business its’ Clients through co-ordinating developing documentation standards for confirmation templates, maintaining procedures, efficiency effectiveness in line with Trade Support Business objectives relating to Investor Products.
Candidates
Candidates will need to have had prior Investor Products Trade Support experience ideally for Commodity products be highly Client focused, whilst still possessing detailed understanding of deal validation, confirmation documentation procedures. This experience will preferably have been gained in a top tier Investment Bank where the quality of Client Service product maturity already exists.
You will need to be graduate calibre, pro-active, client orientated and confident, able to manage the team as well as internal external relationships understand the importance of controls procedures, with the ability to build out the Trade Support function.
You will demonstrate a high standard of attention to detail, have strong communication skills and good organisational and prioritisation skills in order to provide the level of support this Business demands.
