Commodities Operations
The role
- Dealing with all internal queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Taking ownership for query resolution whilst also escalating
- Settlement reconciliation - Ensuring all relevant shipping documents and cargo certificates have been received
- Ensuring payments and receipts have been correctly received and escalating to scheduling and trading
- Creating regular MI reporting
The Candidate
Confident enough to take on issues face to face with key internal stakeholders
Commodities background - ideally in Oil, Freight, or Coal
