Commodities Risk RAD Developer – Singapore recruitment

RAD Developer - Commodities Trading - Excel / Access - VBA - Global team - Front Office - Market / Credit Risk - Singapore - Matlab - Greenfield
My client - leading global Energy trading firm- is looking for an experienced VBA Developer to assist the Risk team and implement an effective environment for rapid application development. The incumbent will work very closely to the Business (Market Risk, Traders) and the Solutions Architect on upcoming large releases and projects. The RAD developer will provide application support for the applications under formal support arrangements and ad-hoc application support for user-developed applications.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience as RAD analyst/developer using Microsoft technologies (Excel/Access VBA) to design, develop and support business applications in a Middle or Front Office environment.
- Extensive experience programming in VBA with MS Office.
- Knowledge of Risk Management (Market, Credit and Operational) - ideally of the commodities trading industry
- Matlab experience will be a bonus
