Commodities Trader recruitment
This is a great opportunity for Traders with at least five years experience to develop their careers at one of the region’s leading commodities trading companies. This company has been established globally for a number of years and has recently set up operations in Dubai as part of their aggressive expansion plans in the region.
• As a Commodities Trader you will be responsible for trading commodities such as iron ore, coal and steel related raw materials such as pig iron, beach iron and HBI.
• You will be dealing with clients across the Middle East, Africa and South East Asian regions.
• You will be responsible for sourcing the steel related products and selling them to the target market.
• As Trader will be also responsible for managing existing relationships and developing new business.
To be considered for this role you should be highly organised and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be a team player and have at least five years experience in the MENASA region. A comprehensive understanding of product and industry plus the ability to negotiate and network is essential for this role. Honed analytical skills and advanced presentation skills are also key.
