Commodities Trader recruitment
Our client seeks a discretionary commodity trader who focuses on agricultural products and/or metals.
As a trader on the desk, you will be involved in the development, analysis and execution of discretionary trading strategies across all commodities sectors, but with primary emphasis on agricultural products and metals.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience in the commodities market as a trader.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required; and strong analytical abilities as well as an exceptional sensitivity to detail are necessary. This role affords the opportunity to gain expertise within the sector, to contribute as part of an established team, and to be directly exposed to investment decisions by collaborating with seasoned, senior members of the firm.
