Deutsche Bank's CIB (Corporate Investment Bank) division comprises three businesses - Markets, Corporate Finance and Global Transaction Banking.

CIB Markets is looking to hire qualified candidates for the Commodities Trading Metals team in Birmingham, UK.

The Global Metals business, part of Global Markets - Rates Commodities, covers Base Metals (copper, aluminium, zinc, nickel, lead and tin); Ferrous Metals (iron ore, steel); uranium; and Precious Metals (gold,
silver and PGM's)

Precious Metals quantitative analysis and development:
*Autobahn Metals - Pricing and Risk Management Development
*Helping the implementation of ETF option trading.
*Mapping exchange to OTC volatility.
*Setting up algo trading on ETF and commodity exchanges.
*Research for vol strategies- looking for opportunities in all direction delta, gamma, skew, vol gamma
*Cover for Precious Metals Options and Forwards trading
*Supporting the desk on risk management systems and quant work
*Technical work on the group's e-trading platform and managing the residual risk from this.
*Assist with trade bookings.

?Strong quantitative background in mathematics/ engineering from a top tier university
?Derivatives knowledge essential
?Masters degree in Finance would be a plus
?Trading experience would be an advantage
?Good programming skills
?Be highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges
?Diligent, efficient and able to manage multiple conflicting deliverables including working under pressure
?Keen interest in Financial markets and investment products
