An exciting opportunity to join the Global Commodities confirmations team working within the operations department in the Bournemouth campus. Be part of a team with direct business contact for the Energy products liaising with marketing, front office, client service and legal teams.

Job Description

Commodity confirmations are undertaking a project as part of a business model change which involves collating a large quantity of documentation relating to previous commodity transactions.
The role requires an analyst to locate and organise a vast amount of documentation, clear communication of the status of the project and escalation of issues to line management.
Daily liaison with confirmations team, projects and technology.
In addition support of the confirmations team in their day to day function may be required. This would include:
Being the Operations point of contact for a specific client base — including all incoming/outgoing client communication via telephone and email,
Liaising with the business (front/middle office and legal teams) to effectively and efficiently resolve any issues and to ensure that the confirmations are agreed for your specific clients on a daily basis.
Completing all affirmations of trade to ensure confirmations are fully executed and agreed between JPM and the respective counterparty.
