Commodity Derivatives Product Controller recruitment
A leading Investment Bank is seeking a Product Controller who is in search of a challenging role and daily interaction with the Front Office. This role sits in a very technical team that is looking for someone that can clearly explain Risk and PnL to the Traders as well as participate in the coordination of projects. The role has arisen due to an internal move to the Front Office and is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge and involvement in new products.
Responsibilities
• Daily Risk and PnL production for the Trading desk
• Understanding and explaining PnL residuals
• Balance Sheet Monitoring, Analysis and Usage Review
• Quarterly Corporate external reporting and deliver support for new products
Requirements
• Strong Derivatives knowledge - Specific to Commodities would be advantageous
• Math or Engineering degree - Ideally CFA qualified
• Ideally relevant experience within Product Control
• Strong Excel skills - VBA and Access is beneficial
