Commodity Documentation Inbound Analyst recruitment
Due to continual growth within the commodity team, an opportunity has become available for a Commodity Documentation Drafter to join a well known bank that service both consumer and wholesale banking customers. You will play an integral role working within a team of individuals that demonstrate a genuine interest in physical product markets. The role is a permanent opportunity, being highly visible within the business. This role has an immediate start and is based in Changi Business Park.
Your responsibilities include;
- Provide second level checks for all Structured Inventory Product trades for dispatch
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to document new product confirmation requirements
- Identify any amendments to trade confirmations meeting client/front office requirements
- Support any queries to trade confirmations to ensure accuracy of trades
- Provide timely client acknowledgement of all physical trade contracts
Essential
- 1-2 years experience in a Scheduling/Docs role
- Degree in Finance or Engineering
- High attention to detail
- Exposure to physical products
- Self starter and organised
- Proficient in managing confirmations from initial drafting to final sign off
- Confident in proposing new templates based on prior working knowledge
