Product directors (or senior managers) for Commodity Futures financial terminal products:

 

4. Description

Designing and implementing Commodity Futures financial terminal products according to the company's strategies and the market demands.

 

5. Responsibilities:

(1) Research and analyze the demands of institutions and individuals for specific financial terminal product;

(2) Make the development planning for the specific product according to the company's product strategies and the market demands;

(3) Leading the design of the specific core product, and organize the implementation;

(4) Organizing inter-departmental communication and coordination to complete product development, testing and maintenance;

(5) Leading and developing related product design teams.

 

6. Requirements:

(1) Master's degree (or above) in finance, statistics, mathematics, physics, IT or any other related majors;

(2) 3+ years' experience in product development or design in similar financial information providers (preferred);

or 3+ years' experience in financial data analysis, analysis platform development or trading in securities firms, fund management companies, auditing firms, banks, finance providers, insurance companies or any other financial institutions;

(3) Membership of CFA, CPA or any other qualifying bodies is preferred;

(4) An excellent team leader with expertise in related areas.

d.         2012: Acquiring Beijing Shihua International Financial Information Co., Ltd. and inviting the core team of Shihua to join DZH;

e.         2012: Acquiring 70% equity of Shanghai Dragonsoft Information Technology Co., Ltd.;

f.          2012: Acquiring TC Financial Research Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan-based TC

g.         2012: Getting approval to establish DZH AASTOCKS News Agency Shanghai Reporter Station and Beijing Reporter Station to become a professional news provider...
