Commodity Middle Office Analyst recruitment
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Commodity Middle Office Analyst to join a well known bank that service both consumer and wholesale banking customers. You will play an integral role working within a team of four people. The area of specialty for this role is Vanilla and Structured Products. The role is a permanent opportunity, being highly visible within the business. This role is a replacement and there will be upto a one month handover period.
Your responsibilities include;
- Proficient in timely checking of trades and subsequent validation
- Ensure all structured trades are booked following the required booking model
- Measure all trade events and reporting
- Understand PNL derivation for all trades in order to identify trade errors
- Provide reporting to Front Office to show trade details
Essential
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in commodities, ideally within Trade Support/Middle Office role
- Understand the functions within Middle Office
- Proficient in Derivatives Structures and Commodity Classes
- Experience with Murex ideally
