Commodity Trader/Analyst recruitment
Job Purpose:
The Intermediate Analyst/Trader will work with the team PM/s and Trader to further develop model and performance attribution capabilities, by gathering and preparing various ad hoc research requests. This position has both research and trading responsibilities. The role is based out of our New York City office, and will report into the Commodity Strategy Team leader.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Update / maintain performance attribution by commodity strategy on a daily, monthly and annual basis.
• Update / maintain active management strategy models on a daily basis.
• Assist PMs with commodity research analysis.
• Act as secondary Trader providing back-up to primary Trader as needed.
