Communication Change Manger Job

As a leading investor, generator and retailer in Australia’s energy sector, this organisation provides gas and electricity to more than one million customers. We are looking for a professional and dynamic Change Communication Manager who will be responsible for a range of activities supporting their Call Centre based in the outer northern suburbs.

Reporting directly to the Development and Support Manager, the Change Communication Manager is responsible for the management of communications to and from Customer Services, while undertaking the work necessary to meet the change requirements of the business units and clients.
