Job Description: Job Summary: Great company in Jacksonville is seeking innovative and dynamic individual to support market growth opportunities and lead marketing communication efforts in its intermodal transportation business unit. Through internal and external communication planning, development and execution, help to inform, educate and engage stakeholders. Coordinate agency and vendor interactions, liaise with media relations on publication content, facilitate multi-channel marketing/advertising efforts, shape conference and event planning and generally advance the intermodal business unit's marketing communication impact. Communications expertise required; prior transportation experience and/or B2B marketing preferred. Problem Solving: analyze and solve problems that are strategic in nature; requiring solutions impacting long term business plans; Complex in nature; requiring significant functional/technical knowledge Primary Activities/Responsibilities: 40%: Manage and coordinate marketing deliverables and event activities, including agency interaction, conference logistics, sourcing and design of branded premium items, invoicing 30%: Write and edit the content of communications for all internal and external media, including articles, creative copy, website and digital content, executive town halls, interviews, videos, presentations, organizational e-mails, voice mails, surveys, marketing collateral, invitations and more. 15%: Strategic communication planning and projects 10%: Maintenance of marketing presentation content for use by sales team We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
