Description

The incumbent is the professional, responsible for the implementation of internal and/or external communications (including meeting presentations and talking points) connected to the strategy and plans for Client Service Delivery and Client Technology Solutions. S/He will be managing senior leadership meetings, creating presentations and speaking points for senior leadership and collaborating with key stakeholders to create internal and external communications in alignment with overall strategy of Client Technology Solutions and Client Service Delivery team. The incumbent manages projects of a significant and sensitive nature, typically including regular and frequent interface with the Executive Management Group.

Qualifications

Incumbent must have a minimum of 10 years of communication experience, preferably in a corporate setting, with demonstrated capabilities as a project manager and communications professional. Must also possess the capacity to produce a high volume of diverse writing assignments in a consistent high-quality and timely manner. A thorough understanding of communications practices is preferred and a understanding of the financial services industry. Bachelor's degree required.
