Position Overview
The Communications Associate is a member of our clients Marketing Communications team.
The successful candidate will be proactive in seeking new ways to improve efficiency, output and productive collaboration with Marketing Communications and all internal client facing, product management and portfolio management stakeholders. The number of clients, their geographic diversity and the dedication required with each one of them has highlighted the need to grow the team.

Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities include:
- Creation of client engagement presentation materials
- Work effectively independently and as a team player within local team and wider organization with an equally entrepreneurial spirit
- Assist in maintaining internal applications to ensure consistency with product standards and compliance approval processes
- Coordinate with compliance to ensure all materials produced are fully compliant with FSA regulations
- Provide support to Events Team with event materials in collaboration with Events team
- Contribute to the optimization of departmental policies and procedures
- Create customized client and business development presentations
- Work in conjunction with wider Marketing team to maintain, monitor effectiveness and regularly review presentation materials are in line with firm level strategic initiatives. This includes internal rollout and communication
- Research and leverage internal applications and publications as well as external sources to ensure alignment with the firm’s strategies and views Position Requirements Requirements

- Very strong IT, data management, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
- Proven ability to interpret, translate, and communicate financial concepts both verbally and in writing

- Fluent in Italian, German and English
Preferred requirements
- Familiarity with industry data systems a plus (i.e. Bloomberg, Barclays Live)
- Strong analytical skills and graphic design fundamentals
- Knowledge of traditional and alternative products
- Fluency in French or Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree
- Post graduate studies advantageous and highly desirable (i.e. Business, Finance or Economics)
